We conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate your daily function, mobility, and support needs. Our comprehensive reports provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to help secure the reasonable an necessary NDIS funding for core supports, capacity building supports, assistive technology, and home modifications. Sessions take place in your home or community, with the option to involve family, significant others, and stakeholders as you feel most comfortable.

Navigating the NDIS is no easy feat. We help you understand, implement, and maximise your NDIS plan by connecting you with the right providers and services. Part of our team offer expert guidance on budgeting, coordinating supports, and navigating complex situations, ensuring you receive the care and assistance best suited to your needs. Our Clinic
Bespoke OT is a highly specialised Perth-based Occupational Therapy practice supporting people with complex and diverse needs.
Our clinicians work in Senior OT roles and bring deep expertise across functional capacity assessments, mental health, autism, intellectual disability, LBGTQIA+ populations, neurological disability, assistive technology, home modifications, and psychosocial disability.
We support NDIS participants, people accessing Medicare Chronic Condition Management plans, and private fee-paying clients.
