Occupational Therapy Sessions

Our therapy sessions help children, teenagers, and adults develop the skills they need to live independently and participate confidently in daily life.

Delivered by an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant (under OT supervision), our therapy sessions are tailored to the individual’s unique strengths, goals, environments, and support needs.

We support people across areas including self-care, daily living skills, mobility, organisation, emotional and sensory regulation, social connection, domestic tasks, and community participation, using practical, evidence-based strategies designed for real-world life.

Therapy takes place within the home and community wherever possible, allowing supports and skill-building to occur in the environments that matter most. This approach helps promote meaningful carryover into everyday routines and long-term independence.

Our intervention may include capacity building, environmental modifications, assistive technology, sensory supports, routine development, and collaborative strategies with families and support teams to improve function, participation, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We provide highly individualised, client-centred Occupational Therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping people build sustainable skills, confidence, and supports to participate more fully in daily life.
