Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Perth Metro
Flexible hours | Full-time or 4 days | Leadership pathways
We're seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our team. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in mental health OT and trauma-informed care. This role best suits OTs with a few years’ clinical experience, though we value depth of practice over number of years alone.
This role is ideal for an OT who values autonomy, clinical integrity, and doing meaningful work with complex presentations...without the burnout of inflexible hospital and government hours or unachievable KPIs.
At Bespoke OT, our niche is in working not just with individuals, but closely with their families and wider systems to create meaningful, lasting change. Our practice is highly relational and evidence-based, involving families, schools, GPs, teachers, support coordinators, and support teams to achieve realistic, sustainable outcomes.
