Clinical Supervision & Mentoring for Occupational Therapists

Bespoke OT’s Director Occupational Therapist, Jasmine Smithers, provides clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional support to Occupational Therapists across Australia.

With 20 years of clinical experience spanning acute hospital settings, paediatrics, eating disorders, mental health, psychosocial disability, autism, neurodivergence, complex trauma, neurological conditions, medico-legal reporting, and Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), Jasmine offers practical, grounded supervision that bridges clinical reasoning with the realities of everyday practice.

Her supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and highly reflective, helping clinicians strengthen their confidence, clinical depth, report writing, therapeutic approach, and complex case management skills. Jasmine is particularly passionate about supporting therapists working within the NDIS space, especially those navigating complex presentations, psychosocial disability, trauma-informed practice, and neuroaffirming care.
